2. Service Scope & Deliverables

SAI PAINT MASTER INDIA provides professional residential, commercial, interior, exterior, spray, and related specialty painting services. The exact scope of work, color selections, brands (such as Asian Paints or Dulux), surface preparation methods, and payment schedules are defined in individual project estimate proposals signed or agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

3. Quotations & Cost Estimates

All online price requests, estimation forms, or telephone quotes are **preliminary guidelines** based on customer input. Final contract pricing is subject to a physical site inspection of the surface condition, required coats, ceiling height, crack filling, and wall putty requirements.

4. Customer Obligations

For residential and commercial painting projects, the client agrees to:

• Provide our painters with safe, uninterrupted access to the site during business hours.
• Disclose any structural damage, water leakage, dampness, or surface issues before work begins.
• Clear fragile items, electronics, and valuable personal belongings from the work areas.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structures (advance deposit, mid-stage progression, and final balance payment) will be detailed in the project quote. Delay in payments may lead to suspension of the project timeline.

6. Warranty & Paint Quality

Warranties on paint products are provided directly by the paint manufacturer (e.g. Asian Paints, Dulux, Berger) based on their specific product guidelines. SAI PAINT MASTER INDIA warrants its workmanship quality according to the project specifications defined in the initial scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, graphics, layouts, and logo marks on this website are the property of SAI PAINT MASTER INDIA. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
